We build your brand from the foundation up — positioning, look, voice — and turn it into art-directed content every month. For founders in beauty, wellness and lifestyle.
I'm posting constantly, but nothing lands.
Content without direction is noise with good lighting. More volume won't fix it.
My feed is beautiful — and it doesn't sell.
Pretty is not a position. If people can't say why you, they scroll past you.
Every new designer starts from zero.
Without a foundation, each freelancer reinvents your brand — and you pay for the same decision twice.
Everything looks the same now. Including us.
AI made polish free. When everyone looks finished, looking finished stops meaning anything.
None of this is a content problem. It's a direction problem.
What you stand for, who it's for, and why they pay more. Decided once, written down, owned by you — so no hire ever starts from zero again.
The look, the mood, the rules — a visual system, not a moodboard. Feed, site and packaging finally read as one brand.
Art-directed, consistent, produced monthly. The same budget starts working — because now it has a direction.
Most studios sell step three and skip the first two. That's why it doesn't hold.
The idea, the references, the plan — what we say and show this month, and why.
Designed, on-brand, ready to publish.
The expensive look — without the production circus.
What worked, what shifts, where the brand goes next.
Your whole project lives on a single shared page — brief, files, timeline, what's next. No app to learn, no logins, no digging through email threads.
Six yes-or-no questions, one minute — and an honest answer to why it sells or why it doesn't.
Question 1 of 6
A focused look at your brand: what works, what leaks money, and the one move that changes the most. You leave with clarity either way.
The foundation month: positioning, tone, visual direction and the brand system — decided, documented, yours. Everything after builds on this.
Ongoing direction and production: monthly campaign direction, art-directed content, the portal. One conversation, a studio behind it.
We work with a handful of brands at a time — direction doesn't scale, and that's the point. Two seats open each quarter.
A few short questions. I read every application myself and get back to you within one business day.

Kinspire runs on one belief: polish is free now — direction is what's scarce. You work with me directly; a vetted production team executes behind the conversation.
A mid-level in-house designer costs $6,000–7,500 a month once you add benefits, software and taxes — and takes months to hire and ramp up. And you still have to direct them: decide what to make, brief it, review it. That's a second job. The retainer costs about half of one hire and includes the part you can't hire at this price — the direction.
That's exactly why the foundation exists. Everything gets decided once and written down — so the work doesn't live in anyone's head, including mine. You own every document, and the portal shows progress at every stage. No black box.
Foundation month: about two hours a week, in two short sessions. On retainer: one direction review per month plus consolidated feedback. The whole point is giving you your calendar back.
Then we're probably not the right fit — and that's fine. Volume subscriptions do that well and cheaper. We take on brands that want the content to finally mean something.
Every deliverable includes two rounds. One active workstream at a time, finished properly, then the next. It's what keeps quality high and delivery predictable.
Everything approved and paid for: source files, final assets, brand documentation. If we ever part ways, you get a complete organized handover. No hostage files, ever.
It starts with the audit: one focused week, fully credited toward the Foundation if we continue. You leave with clarity either way.
